30/10/2024 –  Here is a big announcement! Emerald of Katong Public Preview is confirmed to be from 1st November 2024 to 12th November 2024. The showflat will only be opening from 1pm to 7pm on 1st November and 10am to 7pm on the rest of the dates. Public booking will be happening on 16th November 2024.

18/10/2024 –  The tentative preview date on the 25 October (Friday) will be postponed until further notice. We will update you again as soon as possible.

19/7/2023 –The state land tender for a 99-year leasehold site in Jalan Tembusu was won by Sim Lian Group with a top bid of $828.8 million, narrowly surpassing a close competitor by only 0.1 percent. This bid is significantly lower than previous bids for nearby sites, reflecting developer caution amid rising costs and cooling measures in the property market. The site, which can accommodate 840 units, is in a region with a high supply of new units, suggesting competitive market conditions for future sales.

14/3/2023 – The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched the Jalan Tembusu site for sale under the Government Land Sales program, aiming to develop approximately 840 residential units on a 20,572.1 square meter site with a 99-year lease. Located in District 15, near Tanjong Katong MRT station, it is expected to attract 3 to 5 bidders due to its prime location and potential for unblocked views, given the surrounding low-rise, predominantly landed properties.
